These Terms of Service govern the use of the per4mx platform ("Service"), operated by AMM StreamTech AG, Wilenstrasse 4, 8832 Wollerau, Switzerland ("Provider"). The Service is offered exclusively to business customers (B2B). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
per4mx is an AI visibility platform that monitors how generative AI models recommend your business, analyses gaps in your visibility, and generates optimised content. The Service queries third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Oxylabs, Google) on your behalf. Results depend on the behaviour of these third-party models, which the Provider does not control.
You must provide a valid email address and accurate company information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per company; sharing accounts between organisations is not permitted.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly). Prices are listed in CHF and are exclusive of applicable VAT (currently 8.1%). Payment is due at the start of each billing period. The Provider uses Stripe for payment processing; card details are stored by Stripe, not by the Provider.
A 14-day free trial is available. No payment method is required during the trial. The trial includes full platform access. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be deactivated but your data retained for 90 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods. After the billing period ends, monitoring stops but you retain read-only access to your data for 90 days.
Content generated through the platform (articles, landing pages, FAQs) belongs to you. You may export, republish, or modify it without restriction. The Provider retains no intellectual property rights over your generated content.

The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI ranking results depend on third-party model behaviour and may vary between queries. The Provider does not guarantee specific ranking positions, visibility scores, or business outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that publicly available information from your submitted website URLs will be sent to third-party AI providers as part of ranking queries.
The Provider may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
