  • Project data: Website URLs you submit for monitoring, topics discovered, ranking results
  • Generated content: Articles, landing pages, and other content created through the platform

  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to:

  • Provide the per4mx platform and its features
  • Monitor your AI visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI
  • Generate and host content on your subdomain
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications (ranking alerts, job completion notifications)
  • Improve the platform based on anonymised usage patterns

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • OpenAI API: For AI ranking queries and content generation
  • Anthropic API: For Claude ranking queries
  • Oxylabs: For Google AI Mode and Perplexity ranking data
  • Stripe: For payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)

Your website URL and publicly available content may be sent to these services as part of ranking queries. No personal data beyond what is publicly visible on your website is shared.

6. Data Retention

Account and project data are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation. Ranking history and generated content can be exported at any time. Invoices are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss commercial law.

7. Your Rights

Under the nDSG and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC)

8. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses essential cookies required for authentication and language preferences. These do not require consent under Swiss law.

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse website usage.
